Where is St Mary's Estate?

It is in Pukerua Bay - a small, seaside community located 30 km north of Wellington. The entrance to the estate is from Gray Street, first on the right off SH1 as you enter Pukerua Bay from the south.

Can I build a house to my own plans?

Most certainly.

Is there an option to have landscaping included in the building price?

All house and land packages are fully finished and landscaped prior to possession. Covenants protect your investment.

Can I alter the design of an existing plan?

We will work with our designers to create what is right for you.
